The OCYFL mandatory weigh-in at Rockland HIgh School will be held on Saturday September 11th. Our time is approximately 9:30AM. We would like all levels to be at the Norwell High School by 8:30AM to board the busses for the short trip to Rockland. Our weigh-in should be completed by late morning and we plan on returning to the Norwell High School by 11:00AM. This schedule however is subject to change.

Also, that same day the cheerleaders will have their picture day at the Norwell High School around 3:00PM. Please get any further information on this from the cheerleader coaches.

That night the Schooners (Mites), Whalers (Peewees), and Clippers (Midgets) will be on the road playing their first varsity games at Rockland High School. Please have your players arrive one (1) hour prior to their scheduled start. Schooners start at 5:00PM, Whalers 6:30PM and Clippers at 8:00PM.

Our summer practices are now concluded and we will shift to only three nights a week (Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday) right after labor day. There is a possibility that the Clipper and Whalers levels will conduct a Wednesday practice (September 8th) as well, but that decision is up to the level Director. Your head coach will have more information next Tuesday.

Also, it is very important for coaches, parents, and players to review and adhere to the Norwell Youth Football Code of Conduct set forth by the Norwell Youth Football Association. This includes staying at a respectful distance (off the field) during practices, scrimmages, and games as this is distracting to the players and to the coaches.
